A new convention in Detroit celebrating VHS and video store culture, coming October 2027.
A convention for VHS and video store culture
Motor City Video is an annual convention in Detroit celebrating VHS and video store culture. At its heart is a major vendor marketplace for VHS tapes and other physical media: horror, cult, sci-fi, exploitation, animation, music, wrestling and other collectible video.
It is being built as a national event for VHS collectors, dealers, labels, filmmakers and fans from around the country, not just a local tape swap.
